In episode 196 of the Stars season, Usagi's Inner Senshi Gaurdians sacrifice their lives to protect the Sailor Starlights. The death of Sailor Mars, Mercury, Jupiter and Venus was perhaps the most tragic event to happen to Usagi during her battle against Galaxia. She was not only losing her fellow Senshi but her best friends, the four girls who had been by her side since the very beginning. It was the first time, since her battle against Queen Beryl, that Usagi was about to become alone once again.
